New market update on android phones yet not on some

There has been an even newer update to the new android market. Some of the updates are better functionality and so forth. As for some phones like the popular  HTC sensation they are being left out of the crowd as they have not even gotten the new market when old phones such as HTC my touch slide and my touch have gotten the update.
